The Democratic memo regarding possible FBI and Department of Justice infractions will be released no later than Saturday. The memo is a counter to the Republican memo released last week.

Central Illinois Congressman Rodney Davis says the federal government should be as open as possible on the situation, and let the American people come to their own conclusions.

Davis says after reading both memos, he believes that some Americans’ basic rights were infringed upon.

Davis says the same standard of law should be held in courthouses of any level, from the local to federal levels.
