As we head through the last days of September, the 2016 harvest is picking up steam. Right now it’s mostly corn being harvested, with some beans starting to come in. Jeff Adkisson , VP of the Grain and Feed Assoc. of Illinois talked about the crop coming in to their member elevators.
Adkisson says there have been some issues with Diplodia, and some low test weights, but those problems seem to mainly in the earliest planted corn.
