On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio:

Justin L. Barnes, 35, of Pana was arrested Tuesday for violating an order of protection. Bond was set at $20,000. Today in court, he was appointed the Public Defender.

Phillip P. Osgood, 42, of Taylorville was arrested Monday for aggravated domestic battery. Bond was set at $3,000. Today in court, he was appointed the Public Defender.

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following accidents to Regional Radio:

Rachel R. Frazier, 16, of Taylorville was driving East and failed to stop at the intersection of Main Cross and North Walnut. Darlene R. Bouvet, 82, of Taylorville was traveling South on Walnut, stopped at the sign, and when she went through the intersection, she was hit by Frazier. Frazier was issued a citation for disobeying traffic control device.
