On Thursday, March 19th Christian County TRIAD will host a severe weather preparedness informational class. The featured speaker is Chief Meteorologist JC Fultz of Decatur’s WAND News. TRIAD Chairman Richard Peters tells Regional Radio that Fultz will give a presentation on current weather trends and how to prepare yourself for severe weather. Mike Crews, Taylorville Fire Chief, will also be presenting.

The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Taylorville City Hall located at 115 N. Main St. Refreshments will be served and following the presentation, TRIAD will be giving away 2 weather radios. The Taylorville Police Department encourages anyone interested to attend the program.
