 width=With elections for the Taylorivlle School Board fast approaching, candidates are making their case for why voters should cast their ballots on April 7th in their favor.


Bruce Barry of Taylorville tells Regional Radio that his leadership experience with the Tornado Open-one of the largest fundraisers for the Taylorville Athletic Department-coupled with his involvement in the JFL Quarterback Club and his presidency at the Taylorville Sanitary District makes him a viable candidate for the position.

Barry also says he would like to be the voice of Mt. Auburn and Stonington, stressing the importance of transparency and accountability by offering his cell-phone number for any concerned citizens.

The Taylorville School Board elections will take place April 7th.
