Clean Line Energy Partners announced an agreement Monday between Grain Belt Express Clean Line and Southwire Company to source components for the power line project from Southwire’s facility in Flora, IL. Ally Smith tells Regional Radio how the agreement came about.

The Grain Belt Express Clean Line is currently under development and based on current estimates, is expected to begin construction as early as 2017.
