The Christian County C-E-O Board held their monthly meeting Tuesday morning at the Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce board room, as the organization ramps up to accept high school student applications and facilitator applications for the new program that will launch in the fall of 2015.
About 2 dozen high school seniors from Christian County high schools, will be selected thru a blind application process, to attend this special class from 7:30 to 9 weekday mornings, to learn entrepreneurial skills from local business leaders.
Board co-chair Dee Krueger told Regional Radio News that both student and facilitator applications will be due March 2nd.
And Krueger said the facilitator hired will need at least a bachelor's degree with a business background.
Both the student and facilitator applications are available for download at the organization's web site, christiancountyceo.com.
