THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

Jeremy A. Jolley, 32, of Taylorville was arrested Monday for unlawful use of a weapon.

Charleen Lebon, 32, of Rosamond was arrested Sunday for driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $1,500.

Vincent Delacruz, 33, of Taylorville was arrested Saturday for domestic battery and obstructing justice.

Derek W. Jones, 26, of Assumption was arrested Sunday for domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.

Nathan M. Strayer, 27, of Edinburg was arrested Friday for domestic battery.

Justin M. McKay, 22, of Taylorville was arrested Saturday for possession of cannabis. Bond was set at $2,500.

ACCIDENTS:

On Sunday, Nathan S. Durbin, 30, of Blue Mound was northbound on Walnut St. He was turning west onto Pleasant St. and struck a police car at the intersection. Durbin was stopped just west of the intersection by police. He was arrested for DUI, attempting to flee and escape police, and operating a vehicle with no valid insurance. No injuries were reported.

On Sunday at 12:18 A.M. , Sam A. Sassatelli, 23, of Taylorville was turning left off of Highway Route 104 onto Main St. in Bulpit. He was traveling too fast to make the turn and left the roadway striking a cable. No injuries to Sassatelli were reported.

THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

Chad E. McKittrick, 40, of Pana was arrested on Sunday for bond forfeiture warrant out of Christian County. Bond was set at $2,500.

On Monday, Leighton M. Morrissey, 19, of Taylorville was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
