Gas prices have continued to plunge, with prices in Central Illinois lower than they have been in years. Prices in Taylorville today are under $2.00 a gallon. According to the website Gasbuddy.com, gasoline is 60 cents cheaper today than it was a month ago, and $1.11 cheaper than it was just a year ago.
Gas prices in Michigan have dropped the most, down $1.85 since June 28th.
