Christmas in the Park starts this week, and one of the first events held is the Little Miss and Mr. Snowflake pageant. Taylorville Park Recreation Director Bailey Hancock says they are still looking for Mr. Snowflake contestants:

Christmas in the Park kicks off Thursday with the Jingle Bell Walk, then opens to drive through traffic Friday. The pageant is Saturday night (12-13). For info you can call Manners Park at 824-5878 or 824-3110.
