Steve Jones, Chief Executive Officer for Jenner's, a dealer for Case I-H spray rigs and related equipment in Harristown, confirmed to Regional Radio News Monday afternoon, that as of November 10th, they have taken over the operation of Tri-Co Equipment, the Case I-H farm equipment store in Taylorville, but that the deal to purchase the dealership has not yet been finalized.

Jones added that Jenner's are doing their due diligence with the sellers, and the attorneys for both sides are working thru the legal work required to officially sign documents.

Jones also said it is Jenner's intent to purchase the store. Jones did not give a target date to acquire the store.

Tri-Co Equipment Equipment in Taylorville has been owned by Dwight Shore, Wilmer Otto, and John Britt. Shore and Otto also own Farm Pride Equipment, which has 5 other locations in east central Illinois.
