The program meets every Tuesday afternoon, and tours several different governmental and business locations, as well as holds meetings at the University of Illinois Christian County Extension Office.

Hornbuckle told Kiwanis members that the LEAD Prgoram provides local residents an opportunity to become better informed about community issues, as well as learning how to get things done.
