The Christian County Sheriff's Office reports an accident at an unmarked rural intersection Wednesday. 62 year-old Jeanetta M. Kohl of Taylorville was headed east on 700 North Road,  approaching the intersection with 1000 East Road, where Matthew L. Dowdy of Indianapolis, Indiana was driving north. Kohl told Deputies she did not see Dowdy, who had the right of way. Dowdy said he couldn't slow down in time to avoid the collision. His 1976 half-ton Ford grain truck struck Kohl's 1997 Ford Windstorm in the rear passenger side.

 No injuries were reported. No word on whether any citations were issued.
