At last week's debate between Gubernatorial candidates Pat Quinn and Bruce Rauner, the subject of SB 16 came up. That's Senator Andy Manar's bill that would change the state's school funding formula. Neither candidate expressed support for the bill, and Senator Manar tells Regional Radio that's to be expected:

 The bill passed in the Illinois Senate, but hasn't been taken up in the House.
