It's harvest time in Central Illinois, and that is stirring up the deer population, causing a spike in deer-car collisions. Trooper Emmanuel Edwards, Safety Information Officer for the Illinois State Police says you can't be too careful this time of year:

Trooper Edwards says the State of Illinois sees upwards of 20,000 deer-car collisions each year.
