Some of your neighbors in Christian County don't know where their next meal will come from. That's known as being “food insecure” and you might be surprised at how common it is. If you fall into this category, you should know that there is help coming this weekend. Krista Lisser, Public Relations Manager for the Central Illinois Food Bank says the Mobile Food Pantry will visit Taylorville:
The food is distributed on a first come first served basis. It goes fast, so you're advided to get there early. You don't need to have any proof of income level or need in order to access the goods.
Again, the Central Illinois Food Bank Mobile Food Pantry will be at Taylorville High School this Saturday (9-27) starting at 10am.
