 width=Computer Techniques, Incorporated, also known as C-T-I in Taylorville, is on schedule with their build-out of what will be Taylorville's first fiber optic network for high speed Internet. President of the company Billy Williams tells Regional Radio News that they just completed phase 2 of their city-wide project.

And Williams says they're right on schedule with construction, after the harsh winter slowed their progress.
