The Kincaid Village Board has called a special meeting for Monday night at 7 o'clock at Village Hall.
Items on the agenda include the acceptance of the resignation of village president Doug Thomas, approving payment to Thomas of some eleven-hundred 75-dollars, and appointing a trustee as acting president until next April's election.
The Kincaid board is also scheduled to accept the letter of resignation from police officer Seth Foster, and discuss hiring a new officer for the Christian County community.
