The deadline for entrants for the 2 contests during the Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce Chillifest October 4th, is quickly approaching.
Deadline to enter the Little Miss, Little Mister and Junior Miss pageants, is September 4th.
There is a limit of 15 for each of the 3 contests. So far, there are eleven Little Miss contestants, 2 Little Mister contestants and 3 Junior Miss contestants.
Official rules, entry and waiver forms for all 3 contests, are available at the Chillifest web site, chillifest-dot-info, that's with 2-L's. Forms are also available at the Chamber office on the 2nd floor of the U-S Bank building on the south side of the Taylorville square.
At Monday night's Chillifest Committee meeting, Chamber C-E-O Patty Hornbuckle told Regional Radio News that the entertainment lineup will feature 2 stages this year.

Chillifest will also feature the 175th anniversary celebration of the City of Taylorville and Christian County this year.
