THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

Sidney D. Davis, 39, of 1320 Gulick, Decatur, was arrested July 22 on a bond forfeiture for driving while license is suspended.

Ronnie E. Clay, 25, of 315 North Cherokee Street, Taylorville, was arrested July 21 on a bond forfeiture for burglary.

Christopher R. Hillebrand, 30, of 9977 Elis, Saint Jacob, was arrested July 22 for driving on a suspended/revoked license.

Aaron C. Logue, 21, of 709 West Elm Street, Taylorville, was arrested July 21 on a bond forfeiture for the issuance of a warrant.

THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

On July 21 at 6:03pm, Taylorville Police Department officers were out at 701 East Elm in an attempt to locate Aaron Logue, 21, of Taylorville. The officers knew Logue to have a valid Christian County failure to appear warrant. An officer located him hiding in the basement of the apartment building. Dispatch verified the warrant through the Law Enforcement Agencies Data System. Logue was placed under arrest and transported to Christian County Correctional Center.

On July 22 at 1:23am, a Taylorville Police Department observed a male at the Manners Park Entrance. Upon further investigation, the male juvenile was arrested for possession of tobacco by a minor. He was also given a verbal warning for curfew violation. He was transported to Taylorville Police Department for processing and then given a ride back to his guardian's residence.

On July 22 at 12:02am, a Taylorville Police Department officer made contact with Alex M. Minix, 19, of Taylorville. Upon further investigation, Minix was arrested for possession of cannabis. Minix was transported to Taylorville Police Department for processing and released on a notice to appear.
