The Pana Police Department is reporting the one person was arrested for criminal damage to property Monday. After an incident at 200 North Pine Lot 31, Jessica A. Lees of Pana signed a temporary complaint for criminal damage to property against 37-year-old Rodney J. Broux of Pana after he allegedly threw rocks at her west windows breaking one of them. Broux was processed and given a notice to appear.
