The Illinois State Police is reporting that two people were killed in a 1-vehicle crash in Montgomery County. Friday morning around 1:20am, 35-year-old Kenneth M. Ramsey of Hillsboro was traveling east on Old Litchfield Trail just west of Mallard Lane.  At that time, Ramsey reportedly drove off the left side of the roadway, through a fence, rolled, and came to rest on its roof.   Ramsey and passenger, 38-year-old Amber J. Woosley of Taylor Springs were ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on scene by the Montgomery County Coroner.
