A Pana Resident was arrested for battery last week. After an incident on Thursday at 5 Carr Street in Pana, Colton J. Brown of Pana signed a temporary complaint for battery against 21-year-old Ralph J. Scribner of Pana. Scribner allegedly grabbed Brown by the throat leaving two marks on his neck. Scribner was processed by the Pana Police Department and given a notice to appear.
