and the Cincinnati Reds has been postponed due to rain. 

A makeup date has not yet been determined. 

The teams will open what was scheduled to be a three-game set today. 

The  scheduled  starters for Monday's game,  the Cubs' Jeff Samardzija and the 
Reds' Alfredo Simon, will face off Tuesday.
