Every month or two there is a new story about a student expelled from school on a “zero tolerance” policy. Sometimes it doesn't seem to make sense, and the Superintendent of Taylorville Schools, Dr. Gregg Fuerstenau, says sometimes administrators should consider the context of the infraction before acting:
