While most of the focus is on Republican Rodney Davis and Democrat Ann Callis in the race for the 13th Congressional Seat in Illinois, there is still a third party out there that could appear on the November ballot. Josh Dill is running under his own Lincoln Liberty Party and explains why he would make the better representative:
