April 15th is less than 2 weeks away now, so getting your taxes done is becoming a little more urgent.  Laurie Henry of H and R Block says it's important when dealing with the IRS that you dot all your I's and cross all your T's.  Henry says she sees a lot of commonly made mistakes on people's tax forms:
