THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:

CRASHES:

On March 21, Jerik H. Zerfowski, 18, of Taylorville stated he was southbound on Cherokee at the intersection of East Park. Gail E. Coulter, 62, of Pana stated she was eastbound on East Park at the intersection of Cherokee. Zerfowski stated he had a green light and continued through the intersection. Coulter stated she did not see the light was red and continued through the intersection. Coulter hit Zerfowski in the passenger side causing damage to the door, front quarter panel and rear quarter panel. Coulter received front end damage. No injuries were reported.

ARRESTS:

On March 27 at 12:05am, Taylorville Police Department officers went to 1001 East Adams to attempt to locate Amanda J. Kee, 37, of Taylorville who had an active warrant out of Christian County. Officers made contact with Kee and placed her under arrest. Kee was transported to Christian County Sheriff's Office in lieu of bond.

On March 24 at 4:40pm, Taylorville Police Department officers stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of North Ridge. Following the stop, Clint A. Hadden. 37, of Taylorville was arrested for driving while license revoked.

On March 23 at 6:45pm, the Walmart asset protection associate made contact with Taylorville Police Department in reference to a retail theft that had occurred. Following the investigation, Cindy L. Delacruz, 41, of Taylorville and Kathy M. Sheedy, 35, of Taylorville were arrested for retail theft, processed, and released from Taylorville Police Department with a notice to appear.

On March 25 at 7:35pm, Taylorville Police Department officers were out at 30 Hannon Trailer Park in reference to a domestic dispute. Following the investigation, Ernest Stewart, 24, of Taylorville was arrested for criminal trespass. Stewart was transported to Taylorville Police Department, processed, and released with a notice to appear.
