4300 Christian County residents are what is known as "food insecure". That means they don't know where their next meal is coming from. Krista Lisser, Public Relations Manager for the Central Illinois Foodbank, says the Mobile Food Pantry will pay a visit this weekend:
There are no pre-qualifications for those who need the goods. Again, the Mobile Food Pantry will be at Taylorville High School Saturday from 10am until noon. You're advised to get there early, as the food is distributed on a first-come first-served basis.
