Jessica Fox, the current Shelby County Clerk and Recorder, is running for the Democratic nomination in Tuesday’s elections.  Fox, who was originally appointed Clerk in January of 2013, has been working in the office since 2001.  Fox says in her 14 months as Clerk, she has achieved a number of goals:
