THE PANA POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:

After an incident on January 23 at 10 West Second Street in Pana, information is being forwarded to the State Attorney’s office for charges to be filed against Amy Merrifield, 31, of Pana for theft.

On January 24, Tyler M. Cothorn was parked facing east on Ninth Street in front of 800 South Poplar. Cothorn advised vehicle was parked at 10pm on January 23. Vehicle was struck while parked sometime between 10pm and 10:52am. No information on unit #1 or driver at this time.

On January 24, Joshua J. Crowe, 41, of Rosamond was arrested on a Christian County Warrant for failure to appear. Crowe was transported to Christian County Correctional Center in lieu of bond.
