Shelby Electric Cooperative is reporting that the Pana substation is back on as of yesterday afternoon. It was caused by Ameren having a transmission line down.

As for other line outages, Shelby Electric crews are back to work this morning to try to restore power. In many cases it’s just trying to get crews to the area through some impassible roads. 

At this point, they can't give any estimates on when power will be back on.
