Fikri: Daily Exercise Important During Holidays

It’s that time of year again to think about New Year resolutions. After that large Christmas meal, some people may be looking to lose some of that holiday weight gain. Joyce Fikri of the St. Louis Dairy Council offers some possible workout options to shed a few pounds:

Fikri says the typical holiday weight gain is just a few pounds which can be avoided with 30 minutes of daily exercise.
