THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:

ARREST:
Adam K. Cherry, 30, of 802 East Oak Street, Taylorville, was arrested December 27 for driving on a revoked license, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and possession of a controlled substance.

CRASH:
On December 26, a 16-year-old male was traveling north on County 5 when he fell asleep causing the vehicle to run off the roadway. The 16-year-old went across the ditch and into a field. As he was coming out of the ditch, damage occurred the the front of the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

THE PANA POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:

On December 20, Robert Moore of Pana reported that someone scratched the paint of his 2003 Dodge Caravan while it was parked in his yard. Moore stated that the incident happened sometime between 12/18-12/20. The subject scratched all down the passenger side, across the back, and the driver side front fender.

On December 26, Madge Morrison of Pana reported her back license plate was lost or stolen.

On December 24, Keith E. Budds of Pana was backing from a private drive at 405 East Second Street when he sturck a parked vehicle. Both vehicles have minor damage.

On December 26, Judy M. Brown, 49, of Pana was issued a citation for speeding 60 in a 45 zone.
