The City of Taylorville has raised $710 to benefit those in Illinois affected by the tornadoes last month. Alderman Ray Koonce, who was behind the idea to raise the money, thanks all those who donated:

Again, the money will be donated to the Central Illinois Chapter of the American Red Cross.
