Behl says the Shelbyville Rotary Club hasn’t hosted an exchange student in 10 years due to the decline of member numbers and the lack of members who have high school age kids. Behl adds that other Central Illinois Clubs are active in the program such as Decatur, Champaign, and Danville. If you are interested in participating in the program, contact Don Behl at 774-5515 or contact any Rotary Club that is currently active in the program.
