Halloween is this week and that means kids will be out trick or treating. While it is supposed to be a night of fun, there are many dangers out there including sex offenders. Christian County Sheriff Bruce Kettelkamp tells Regional Radio News there is an easy way to find Halloween safety tips and locations of sex offenders:
