Add another arrest to the total from last week’s drug investigation. 25-year-old Dontrell D. Franks of Springfield was arrested July 23 for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance. Police have now arrested 19 of the 22 from last week and are still looking for the other 3. Also, police once again arrested 39-year-old Tyrone A. Powyszynski of Pana on Tuesday for violation of an order of protection. Tyrone was one of the 15 who were arrested on drug charges last week Wednesday, July 17.
