As heard on WTIM last night, the Taylorville Tornadoes baseball team was victorious over Charleston 3-2. Zach Beal broke a two-all tie with a two out RBI double in the bottom of the fifth and threw two scoreless innings in relief to secure the win. Starting pitcher Seth Trulock went five innings giving up two runs off of  three hits while striking out seven. Taylorville will wrap up the regular season on Monday May, 20^th at Mattoon and regionals begin on Wednesday May 22^nd where they will face the winner of the Decatur-MacArthur and Decatur-Eisenhower.
