This week Crimestoppers is seeking information in regards to a subject impersonating a police officer.

Over the past several weeks there have been reports in Sangamon and Macoupin Counties in regards to a subject attempting to pull people over.   The subject from Sangamon County  is described as driving a small,  white, 4-door, older model vehicle with a hood that is a different color that the rest of the vehicle.   The Macoupin County subject is described as driving a small, silver, box type vehicle.   The public is advised that if any vehicle matching these descriptions attempts to stop them, they are asked to contact law enforcement.
