Over 180 people attended Thursday night's annual Loving Arms Crisis Pregnancy Center banquet at the Taylorville Memorial Hospital Auditorium.
Guest speaker following dinner was Kirk Walden of Nashville, Tennessee, who has been involved with Crisis Pregnancy Centers for over 20 years. He is a humorist and writer on life-affirming topics whose work has appeared in many pro-life publications and on the Focus on the Family web site.
Walden told the crowd that Loving Arms is on the forefront of those facing unplanned pregnancy, helping to change hearts, lives, and ultimately the culture.

Loving Arms Crisis Pregnancy Center reaches women considering abortion, it helps to mentor dads so that children are born into 2-parent households, and provides an abortion recovery program to those hurt by a past abortion. The Center is located at 500 North Walnut in Taylorville.
