The Kincaid power plant will be sold. Dominion Resources says it's selling off its Kincaid coal plant as well as its Elwood natural gas plant to the private equity firm Energy Capital Partners. The deal will generate after-taxes proceeds totaling more than 650-million-dollars. Federal officials still have to approve the deal.
