On Monday evening officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for an Illinois Vehicle Code Violation. After investigation 18 year old Heaven M. Miller of Taylorville, 18 year old Chloe Windell and a 16 year female were all arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Those arrested were then transported to the Taylorville Police Department for processing and all three were released on a notice to appear.
