It’s the holiday season and when it comes to crime that’s not a good thing. Crime tends to increase during the holiday season and Christian County Sheriff Bruce Kettelkamp says that he has noticed this increase in all of his years in law enforcement.

Kettelkamp says that because of this crime increase the Sheriff’s Office increases their patrol.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation 400,000 burglaries occurred nationwide from November through December in 2011.
