On Saturday night officers were dispatched to Circle K because six individuals who appeared to be intoxicated got out of a red truck in the Circle K parking lot.

Officers arrived and located the six individuals who according to officers seemed to be intoxicated. After a short investigation all six were arrested for illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor.

The people arrested were Chloe Windell 18 of Taylorville, two 16 year old juvenile females, a 17 year old juvenile female of Stonington, Devin S. Frisby 19 of Urbana and Tyler L. Duncan 19 of Urbana.

The juveniles were released to their parents the others were released on a notice to appear.
