>>Bulls Continue Road Trip Saturday Against Clippers

(Los Angeles, CA)  --  The Bulls continue their five-game road trip tomorrow night in Los
Angeles against the Clippers.  Chicago started the trip with a 112-106 overtime
win in Phoenix on Wednesday.  The Bulls sit at 5-and-3 on the season.  They will
also make stops in Portland, Houston and Milwaukee.

>>Jets, Rams Seek Elusive Fourth Win

(St. Louis, MO)  --  A pair of three-win teams face off Sunday at the Edward Jones Dome as the New York Jets
visit the St. Louis Rams.  The Rams are coming off a 24-24 tie at San Francisco
this past weekend that has them at 3-5-and-1.  St. Louis hasn't won since Week
Five at home against the Cardinals.  The Rams are 3-and-1 at the Dome this
season, with their lone loss to the Packers.

>>Bears Face 49ers On "Monday Night Football"

(Chicago, IL)  --  The Bears are gearing up for their huge "Monday Night Football" showdown with
the 49ers in San Francisco.  Chicago fell to 7-and-2 on the season following
last week's 13-6 home loss to Houston.  The Bears are just a half-game ahead of
San Francisco for second place in the NFC.

>>College Football Round Up

(Undated)  --  Both local college football teams are in action on Saturday.  Missouri will step out of SEC play
this week and host Big East foe Syracuse.  The Tigers moved to 5-and-5 with a
three-overtime victory over Tennessee last week.  Illinois will be home to host
Purdue.  The Illini sit at 2-and-8 and are searching for their first Big Ten
victory.

>>Giants' Posey Wins NL MVP Award

(New York, NY)  --  San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey is the National League's Most Valuable
Player.  Posey led the majors with a .336 average to go with 24 home runs and
103 RBI as the Giants captured the NL West Division.  St. Louis Cardinals
catcher Yadier [[ YAH-dee-air ]] Molina finished in fourth place in the voting.
