Hott Hits 96.3 Increases Their Coverage

 width=The Miller Media Group's newest radio station in Taylorville, HOTT Hits 96.3, got an increase in coverage and power this week.  The station signed on April 1st from the group's Park Street studios at 918 East Park.

The station earlier this year received permission from the Federal Communications Commission, to raise its antennas an additional 60 feet on its tower south of Taylorville. 

Station engineer Glenn Hopkins, along with tower climber Brian Baker, owner of Baker Antenna Service, completed the installation of additional antennas and cabling on the tower, this week, to give HOTT Hits 96.3 additional coverage over Christian County and enabled the station to go to its maximum power of 250 watts.

HOTT Hits 96.3 features current hot adult contemporary hits from such artists as Lady Gaga, Maroon 5, Katy Perry, Train, Pink, Nickelback, Gwen Stefani, Daughtry, Coldplay, Cee Lo Green, Bon Jovi, and Bruno Mars.

The format comes live via satellite from the Dial-Global Radio Network in Valencia, California, and is also streamed by clicking the HOTT Hits 96.3 icon at taylorvilledailynews.com.

The station is one of 5 stations operated at the Park Street studios of the Miller Media Group at 918 East Park in Taylorville.  The company also owns and operates radio station clusters in Kewanee, Clinton and Charleston.
