Vehicles and Garages Damaged in Assumption

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office, in cooperation with the Assumption Police Department, is investigating a series of reports of criminal damage to vehicles, along with thefts from garages which happened in the early morning hours of Monday, June 25th Assumption.

Deputies from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Assumption Police Department, responded and have conducted an investigation. As a result it was determined that approximately 39 vehicles sustained damage including forty-seven 47 slashed tires there were also three 3 garages were burglarized and items removed.

This matter remains under investigation by the Christian County Sheriff's Office.
