The State Fair Mega-Pass is now on sale. The 55-dollar pass is good for access to an unlimited number of rides in Adventure Village and the Carnival Midway all ten days of the fair plus Preview Night. It doesn't include admission or rides on the Tram, Giant Slide and Sky Glide. The passes are being sold in the Emmerson Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds in the Mega Pass Office, which is open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

If you're planning to purchase the pass, you may want to get it before July 16th. After that the price will jump to 65-bucks. The Mega Pass Office accepts cash and credit cards, but not personal checks. The Illinois State Fair will be held August 6th through 19th.
