19 year old Tabitha L. Pastor of Edinburg was going East on Lincoln Street approaching the intersection with Campbell Street.

Pastor said she did not see the stop sign and drove into the path of 55 year old Randy T. Spengler of Edinburg, who was going south on Campbell Street in his 2005 Chevy Avalanche.

Spengler said that Pastor went into the intersection in her 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo when he was going south on Campbell Street. Spengler did not have a stop sign.
